City Youth Attempts Self-Immolation 

Hyderabad: In a shocking incident at Banjara Hills in the city, Satish (28) who hails from Mushirabad attempted to immolate himself in front of the police station. The cops Immediately, rushed him to the hospital.

Satish got married to a girl of Devarakonda Basti and due to differences between them, she went to her parents’ house. On Tuesday, Satish went to their house and quarreled with them.

The girl's father Manoj filed a complaint against Satish. Angered Satish asked his father in law to withdraw the complaint and came to the Banjara Hills police station with a petrol bottle. He attempted to immolate himself, but the police doused the fire and rescued him. According to the police, he was out of danger but suffered serious injuries.
