Harassed Wife Commits Suicide in Miyapur

Unable to bear her husband's harassement, a 17-year-old girl commited suicide by allegedly hanging herself in her house on Thursday in Miyapur.
According to police, the man Babu (30) working as a car driver married the girl Bhavani without her parents' knowledge. Bhavani's parents learned about the marriage after the girl shared their wedding photos on social networking site Facebook. Seeing their pictures, Bhavani's parents confronted her and asked her to stay away from family.
Depressed over her parents' rejection, she committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan of her home.
The police registered a case and sent the body for post-mortem.
