Hyderabad Man Hires Goons To Throw Acid On Wife For Refusing Eid Invite

Kanchanbagh: Khadeer Beg (27) and Saba Tabassum (21) had been married for few years now. They have two children. Khadeer Beg was an auto driver and an alcoholic. He would often fight with his wife for no reason.

Tabassum filed a complaint against her husband at the Jhansi Bazaar ladies police station. She got so disturbed by her husband's behavior that she left for her mother’s house. Tabassum also decided to get a divorce from Khadeer Beg which he rejected.

Khadeer Beg asked his wife to return home to celebrate Eid. She disagreed and Khadeer decided to attack his wife. He struck a deal with two youngsters to attack Tabassum with acid. Vaseem and Dastagir were paid to carry out the act.

On 14th June, Khadeer Beg planned the attack. They went to Sadiabegum’s house and called out for Tabassum to open the door. Unexpectedly, Tabu's mom Sadiabegum opened the door and turned victim to the acid attack. Police arrested the culprits and sent the culprits to remand on Monday.
