Court reserves verdict on CM appointment petition

The High Court on Monday reserved its petition filed against the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy that his appointment as the chief minister was illegal, unconstitutional and undemocratic.
The hearing on the petition was completed today and the court has reserved its verdict.
It may be recalled that a writ petition was filed against the CM by Uppu Venkata Ramana from Chittoor district challenging his appointment as CM.
