Court issues warrant for Jeevitha Rajasekhar’s arrest

The Criminal Court at Nampally court on Monday issued a non-bailable warrant against film actress, director, Jeevita Rajasekhar, wife of  film actor Rajasekhar in connection with a cheque bouncing case.

The court directed the police to produce Jeevita in court before November 29.

The non-bailable arrest warrant against Jeevita was issued as she did not attend trial today, though summons was served on her.
It is learnt that Jeevitha borrowed an amount of Rs 34 lakh from her family friend, Parandhama Reddy and in turn, gave a promissory note and two cheques as surety.
When he presented the cheques in the bank, they were bounced.

Summons was issued against Jeevita, when the case was brought to the court. She has not attended the court. Thus, the court issued arrest warrant against her.
