Court issues summons to Parthasarathy - Sakshi Post


The First Principal Magistrate court in Vijayawada today issued summons to Andhra Pradesh  Secondary Education Minister K Parthasarathy and directed him to appear before it on October 29.

The court took into consideration the charge-sheet filed in connection with the election affidavit case and issued the summons. The minister was accused of concealing facts related to  FERA case which he was allegedly involved, in his affidavit filed along with his nomination papers at the time of Assembly elections held in 2009.
Meanwhile, the CBI special court adjourned the decision on the bail petition of suspended IAS officer B.P. Acharya in EMAAR  case to October 19.
