Sircilla Rajaiah and family get bail after 90 days

Warangal: The family of ex-MP Sircilla Rajaiah who were recently embroiled in a high-drama controversy over the suspicious death of their daughter-in-law Sarika, and her two sons, have been granted bail on Thursday. Rajaiah’s wife Madhavi and son Anil are co-accused in the case.

Granting the bail, the Sixth Munsif Magistrate court set Rs. 25,000 as the bail amount. Though the accused had approached the courts for bail on many counts, the prosecution objected to it, contending that if released on bail, they might influence the ongoing investigation. The court finally conceded bail after 90 days.
