Court directs RTC employees to call off strike by noon

Hyderabad: AP High Court gave a deadline to the striking RTC unions to call off the indefinite strike by12:30 on Tuesday.

If the strike is not called off before the deadline, the count said it would direct the State Government to initiate action against the employees.
Court asked the governments in both the Telugu states to take steps in solving the issue in an amicable manner. But, the unions have been maintaining that they had given one month advance notice and their strike is lawful.
