Court asks police to file case against Pawan Kalyan
A local court on Monday ordered the police to register a case against Jana Sena party supremo Pawan Kalyan for his alleged derogatory remarks against Telangana Rastra Samiti (TRS) President K Chandrasekhar Rao.
According to the reports, the Nizambad court gave the direction to the Dichpalle police on a private complaint filed by an advocate Ravi Kumar. The petitioner alleged that the Jana Sena chief had made objectionable comments against KCR during his electioneering in support of BJP.
Admitting the petition, the court directed the police to file a case against Pawan and probe into the allegations.
It may be recalled that Pawan had said “You (KCR) are abusing Modi, if you don’t mind your business I will peel off you.”
Retaliating against Pawan’s remarks, KCR said “ I can snap my fingers to make you into thousand pieces. (Chitikeste veyyi mukkalu avutavu)”
