Court adjourns hearing on Jagan's plea to October 18 - Sakshi Post

The CBI Special Court at Nampally has adjourned the hearing on YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's plea seeking court's permission to relax bail conditions imposed on him to till October 18.

The court adjourned the hearing after the CBI sought more time to file counter to his memo.
In the petition, Jagan apprised the court that a precarious situation prevailing in the State direly needed his presence, since he leads a political party and also he is an MP. He must sail with the emotions of the people and should also bound to know their problems while being part of their stir.
He also told the court that he ought to complete Odarpuyatra (condolence tour) to go and meet the bereaved families, who lost their bread-earners with a shock on the news of his father and late YSR's sudden demise.
He sought the court permission to tour AP and visit Delhi.  It may be recalled that, Jagan was directed by CBI court not to leave Hyderabad without its permission.
