'Contesting as rebel only to defeat Ponnala'

State Congress secretary Bakka Jadson said that he was contesting as rebel candidate from Janagama assembly constituency only to defeat Telangana PCC president Ponnala Lakshmaiah from there.
Jadson said that Ponnala had sold away tickets to some other persons. He said that Ponnala kept a side some leaders who had worked for the party in Warangal district.
“Ponnala did not give ticket to his daughter-in-law but ensured the ticket to Errabelli Swarna,” said Jadson.
He lamented that injustice was meted out to Manoreddy and himself. “Similar is the case with some Dalit leaders,” said the leader.
“Ponnala has the habit of using and throwing away the leaders after the necessity is over,” commented Jadson.
He clarified that Ponnala never cooperated for Telangana movement.
