Congress to monitor development activities in AP
Actor-turned-politician and former union minister K Chiranjeevi said that the Congress party would keep a watch on the implementation of developmental activities in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
He said his party, the Congress, would support the government in the implementation of the developmental programmes.
Addressing a press meet at Delhi along with party leaders JD Seelam and Jairam Ramesh, he said a committee of senior leaders and Rajya Sabha would be formed to monitor the works.
“The committee will be formed within next two days,” said the MP.
He promised that their party would try its best to help develop Andhra Pradesh. “We will ensure that the fruits of development reach all sections of people in the state,” said Chiranjeevi.
“The new government in Andhra Pradesh must implement developmental works with commitment,” Chiranjeevi said.
