Congress MP Ponnam exhibits his clout

At a time when politician leaders are on tenterhooks with regard to their chances of getting tickets, Congress MP Ponnam Prabhakar exhibited his clout, by bringing tickets to the leaders of his parliamentary constituency.

Additionally, he even managed to make changes in the list of candidates that was announced by the official spokesperson of Congress Party a couple of days ago. The names of JAC leader Gajjela Kantham and OU JAC leader Daruvu Ellanna figured in the earlier list.

Dissatisfied with the list, Ponnam immediately called Ahmad Patel and got the two names from the list. He immediately replaced the names with his men.
