Congress has backtracked on its words: Bandaru

Senior BJP leader, Bandaru Dattatreya has hit out at the Congress for delaying its declaration on the Telangana issue. Speaking to media persons, Bandaru said that the Congress had failed to keep up its words.
The BJP veteran also asserted that Rahul Gandhi was is playing an escapist by not confronting the issue. He said the leader must be bold enough to come out with a solution for Telangana issue.
