CM should have quit: Jagan - Sakshi Post

YSR CP president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy distrusted the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy’s claims in favour of united Andhra Pradesh.

“If he (Kiran Kumar Reddy) really wanted the State to remain united , why did not he call for Assembly session to get the resolution passed in support of Samaikyandhra?” asked Jagan, who began indefinite hunger strike in support of Samaikyandhra at his Lotus Pond party office in Hyderabad. He also asked why the Chief Minister did not resign?
“If the Chief Minister had resigned, the process of bifurcation would have been stopped and the issue would have been elevated to get the attention of entire country,” he added.
