CM Kejriwal's office not raided: Centre - Sakshi Post

The Central Government on Tuesday clarified that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's house was neither raided nor sealed.

Union Communications and IT Minister Ravishankar Prasad addressed mediapersons on Tuesday afternoon to clarify about the CBI raid. He said the CBI has raided 14 locations, after procuring warrants from the court. He said among the 14 locations were the office and the residence of Rajendra Kumar, who is the principal secretary to the Delhi Chief Minister.
Ravishankar Prasad strongly condemned the remarks by Kejriwal wherein he called him a psychopath and demanded an unconditional apology from the chief minister.
The CBI also claimed that it searched the office of Rajendra Kumar, but not that of Kejriwal. It said misinformation campaign was on to obstruct the probe. "False propaganda must not be used to impede our investigation,"said CBI spokesperson Devpreet Singh. The CBI said the raids were based on relevant warrants and information.
