High command green signal for cabinet reshuffle?
Amid the Telangana tangle, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy today met Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and is understood to have discussed the long-pending Cabinet reshuffle and the current political situation in his state.
Kiran Kumar met Gandhi, her son Rahul Gandhi and other Congress leaders and Union ministers during his day-long visit to the capital. During the meeting with Sonia, sources said, Reddy discussed the impending reshuffle of his Cabinet and High Command's nod to fill up vacant positions in various boards in the state. However, it was not clear whether the nod was given to him.
