Cleaner of school van misbehaves with minor girl; held in Hyd

A cleaner of private school van allegedly misbehaved with a nine-year-old girl student in the premises of the school located in KPHB area here, police said today. 

Accused Ganesh misbehaved with the minor, who studies in Class IV, a few days ago following which the girl informed the matter to her parents. They later filed a complaint with the police, KPHB Colony Police Station Inspector V Sreekanth Goud said. 

Parents of the girl demanded stern action against the accused.
Following a complaint, the KPHB Police registered a case under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and took the accused into custody. Further investigation into the case is on.
