Chiranjeevi is sincere: Ramachandraiah
Endowments Minister C Ramachandraiah lashed out at TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for his remarks against Union Minister Chiranjeevi.
Taking strong exception to Naidu's remarks, Ramachandraiah said that Chiranjeevi was not a cunning politician like Naidu, but is sincere.
Referring to Naidu's announcement of Rs 5,000 crores for the Kapu community, the Endowments Minister said that the Kapu community was not up for sale.
He said Naidu created a divide between the Madiga and Mala communities to gain political mileage and votes. Ramachandraiah also said that it was because of Naidu’s attitude that the Kapu community distanced itself from the TDP during the 2009 elections.
Naidu would not get any benefit from padayatra without apologising to the public for his mistakes. Chiranjeevi was new to politics but he has sincerity, he added.
