Cheating Case Against Chandamama Actress Sindhu Menon

Bengaluru: Remember Sindhu Menon from Chandamama, the actress who instantly hit fame with Krishnavamsi's movie, Chandamama has been booked under cheating case by a popular bank in the city.

According to reports, the actress had taken a loan of Rs 36 lakh along with her three brothers to buy an expensive car. After the family failed to repay the loan, the bank wanted to mortgage the properties, which were submitted as security documents while drawing the loan.

While trying to mortgage the properties, the bank officials found that documents submitted were fake and lodged a complaint against the actress. On learning about this issue, Sindhu is staying in abroad with her husband, the police took her brother Karthikeyan into custody and sent him for investigation.

Sindhu Menon has garnered fame in Tollywood with her movies like Chandamama and Vaisali.
