Chandrababu will bite dust: YS Jagan

Strongly criticising TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu for adopting unfair means to usurp even those local bodies where his party did not have the numbers in its favour, YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said this blatant and shameless murder of democracy would not be tolerated. He said such dictatorial attitude would bite dust.

YS Jagan on Tuesday met the councillors of Jammalamadugu, where the TDP was trying to grab power though YSRCP had a clear majority. He exhorted them to fight back and assured to stand by them.

YS Jagan said that the TDP resorted to kidnapping, poaching, intimidating YSRCP councilors, MPTC and ZPTC members. In Erraguntla, the YSRCP had won 18 councilors out of 20 in Erraguntla, he pointed out. (Stop subversion of democracy, says YS Jagan)

TDP created war like situation at four Zilla Parishads where YSRCP had a majority. Expect Kadapa, the TDP leaders made mockery of democracy in Kurnool, Prakasham and Nellore ZP elections. 

He said the people would rise in revolt over the TDP machinations. He further said his party was prepared to wage a continuous battle for the people and called upon the party workers to intensify their struggle against the misdeeds of the ruling party.
