Chandrababu to leave for Singapore on Tuesday
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will be leading a high-level delegation to Singapore to attract investment.
Beginning on Tuesday, it would be his first foreign visit after becoming the Chief Minister for the second time.
Former Prime Minister of Singapore Goh Chok Tong, during his visit here on September 8, had extended invitation to Naidu to visit the city-state, while saying that Singapore was interested in investing in ports, airports, tourism and industrial sector in Andhra Pradesh. Singapore has also offered assistance for the construction of the new capital, besides developing 'smart cities'.
Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu, Municipal Administration Minister P Narayana, AP government's Special Representative in New Delhi Kambhampati Ramamohan Rao, state government advisers J Satyanarayana (information technology), Parakala Prabhakar (communications) and other top officials will be part of the delegation.
Representatives of Confederation of Indian Industry will also accompany the Chief Minister.
