Chandrababu, what is the meaning of equal justice?

Union Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Panabaka Lakshmi lambasted Telugu Desam Party chief N. Chandrababu Naidu, saying the latter should remember that he began his political life with Congress party. 

She added that it is unfair on the part of Chandrababu, who wrote a letter supporting Telangana to the Centre, to now demand equal justice. She also recalled that Chandrababu had demanded special package that included building a new capital for Seemandhra. "Our dictionary doesn't have meaning of Equal justice, please ask Chandrababu its meaning," she quipped sarcastically.
Lashing out at her own party MLAs, as well, she said that they failed miserably to take the welfare schemes of Congress Party into the people.
