Centre backtracked on authority on police : Nayani

Telangana Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy said that they got inputs that the union government is backtracking on giving authority on police in GHMC limits to the Governor.
He clarified that all kinds of power in the people elected government will rest with the respective state government only.
He agreed that there is a power shortage in Telangana state.
Nayani described the lathicharge on farmers as an unfortunate incident.
