CBI gives Ponnala clean chit in Jagan's case
The CBI on Tuesday filed three chargesheets at the special court in Gagan Vihar in connection with YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's assets case.
The CBI gave a clean chit to IT Minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah and former Home Minister Sabitha Indira Reddy as their names were not mentioned in the chargesheet.
The CBI had questioned Ponnala for two days in the past raising speculations that his name might figure in the chargesheet.
It is a known fact that Sabita and Ponnala Lakshmaiah were also among six ministers who received notices from the Supreme Court for passing the controversial 26 GOs.
