CBI files supplementary to chargesheet No-2

The CBI on Monday filed a supplementary to the chargesheet No-2 in the Jagan assets case. The CBI mentioned in the supplementary that Madhava Ramachandran, T R Kannan and A K Dandamudi were cheated.

T R Kannan, Madhav Ramachandra and Arunkumar Dandamudi had invested Rs 5 crore, Rs 19.65 crore and Rs 10 crore respectively through Jayalakshmi Textiles. The CBI alleged that the investors have been lured by auditor Vijayasai Reddy to make investments in the Jagan companies. In the chargesheet No.2, the CBI had accused Jagan, Vijaysai Reddy and Jagati Publications.
