Casting Couch: Sri Reddy Slams Rakul Preet?

Actress Sri Reddy denounced Tollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh for claiming ignorance on the issue of the casting couch in the Telugu Film Industry. The aspiring actress stripped in public at the film chambers alleging that some of the filmmakers had sexually exploited her. She also said that her protest was also against the Movie Artistes Association (MAA) for denying her membership despite acting in two films.

Sri Reddy lambasted Rakul Preet saying that the actress gets crores for a movie, which she had invested on gyms, restaurants and other businesses. Why will the actress speak on the casting couch issue as she is getting good movies? Sri Reddy said that Bollywood actresses like Rakul Preet led luxurious lives. How would such actresses know about the pain and exploitation of smaller actresses like her?

You have once again insulted all the aspiring actresses, I'll break your teeth" she said referring to Rakul in a rather aggressive manner. Recently, Sri Reddy also hit out at director Shekar Kammula by sharing a Facebook post on the casting couch issue.
