Case aganist Bhuma Nagi Reddy, tension in Nandyal

Nandyal: Tension gripped in Nandyal as TDP men filed an attempt to murder case against YSRCP MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy. {Watch: Attempt murder case aganist Bhuma}

Police were deployed in huge numbers near Bhuma's residence. Kurnool SP reached the spot to control the situation.

On Friday, YSRCP councilors questioned municipal chairman's decision to pass resolutions without any debate in the council.They also objected to the chairperson's decision to end the meeting abruptly even as the Bhuma Nagireddy was speaking.

This led to a war of words between the YSRCP and the TDP members resulting in a clash.

In the clash, three persons, including a YSRCP activist, were injured. The TDP members hurled chairs at the YSRCP members and Bhuma Nagi Reddy's gunman suffered minor injuries. Last evening, the TDP men lodged a complaint against Bhuma.
