Case Against 4 Hyderabad Software Firms For Job Fraud
Hyderabad: A cheating case has been registered against four IT companies in the city for collecting money from the candidates and then closing their firms after a month. One such firm is Avenue IT, while the names of other firms are yet to be divulged by the police who are probing the matter.
“I paid Rs1.5 lakh to Avenue IT and got an offer letter but after one month of my joining, they closed the firm without giving any reasons," said Damodar.

Madhapur Inspector R. Kalinga Rao said 200 persons recruited by the firms are now on the streets.
A case under sections 420 (cheating) and 406 (criminal breach of trust) has been registered against K. Karthik, Vallabha Reddy Phanindra Kumar and Praveen. Further details are awaited.
