Capital search committee to AP on May 14

K Sivaramakrishnan committee, appointed to find out the new capital for residuary Andhra Pradesh, will reach the state on May 14.
As the general elections are completed in Seemandhra region, the committee will undertake extensive visits to various probables in the region.
The members of the committee came to a conclusion to visit the entire region in two phases.
In the first phase, the committee will visit Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Guntur and Rajahmundry cities.The committee will visit Ongole, Tirupati and Kurnool cities in the second phase.
It visits the cities for two to three days to study in depth all aspects.
Other members of the committee are Rathin Roy, Aromar Revi, Jagan Shah and K T Ravindran.
