Bring back Rani to Khammam

Khammam: Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, MP and President of YSRCP Telangana has requested to bring Jajjura Rani(Geetha) back to India.

He submitted a momendram to Sushma Swaraj, minister of external affairs regarding the same on Friday.A couple, Jajjara Gopamma and Krishnayya who hail from Narsapuram village, Juluru mandal in Khammam district claim that Geetha, who is their fourth child, has gone to Guntur to attend a Christian conference with her mother in 2006 after which she went missing.

They stated that Geetha is deaf and dumb and was 10 years old when she went missing. The parents got to know a few days ago that Rani lives with Bilqees Edhi, the wife of Abdul Sattar Edhi, founder of Edhi Foundation, Pakistan’s largest and best-known charity. Reacting to this, MP Srinivas Reddy had stated that immediate action would be taken to bring back Rani to India as early as possible.

Geetha who got lost 15 years ago, is desperate to meet her family members in India. This issue has come into light when a Pakistani human rights activist, Ansar Burney shared this touching story on social media stating any clue about the whereabouts of her parents will be appreciated. It was noted by her gestures that she has 12 members in her family including 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Though it's been 3 years since they started searching for her parents, it's only after watching Salman's movie that she has hopes again. Ansur stated that he will be in India in September and he wishes to reunite her with her parents. He added that it would be good if the Indian government would help him through this.
