Hyderabad: In a shock to their parents, three minor boys went missing on Wednesday and one of them has withdrawn Rs50,000 from his father's account. The students hail from same locality at Ganesh Nagar of Ramantapur and are suspected to have gone for a trip without informing their parents.

The students are Sai(15) in class 8, Nitish(16) in class 9 and Vasant(13) is studying in class 7. Shoba, Sai's mother, who realized that he had withdrawn cash and went missing from home, lodged a complaint with Ramanthapur police on Wednesday evening.

Police are examining CCTV footage from Secunderabad and Kachiguda railway stations, and also footage from the Jubilee Bus stand and MGBS Bus stands

Meanwhile, Uppal Inspector Narsing Rao, said that one of the boys had called them and told that they were in Bengaluru, adding that they have sent teams to trace them. Incidentally, Sai went missing last year too, who went for a Goa trip. Further details are waited.
