Botsa team meets, grinds axe on Kiran?
A peculiar situation is prevailing in the state politics where a cat and mouse game is enacted by the ruling Congress leaders. Hyderabad turned out as a Centre point for playing politics and anti-Kiran propaganda is gaining momentum.
There were two emergency meetings of Seemandhra leaders held in Hyderabad and two issues were discussed in the meetings. One is obviously Telangana and the second one is surprisingly about Kiran Kumar Reddy.
The buzz in the political circles is that anti-Kiran Kumar Reddy group including PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana, Union minister Chiranjeevi and State ministers Vatti Vasanth Kumar, Balaraju, Raghu Veera Reddy and Ramachandraiah met in the residence of Anam Ramanarayana Reddy. While pro- Kiran's group MP Lagadapati Rajagopal, minister Sailajanath met in the residence of another minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao.
The anti- Kiran's group meeting gained importance in view of the reports that the Congress High Command was angry on Kiran Kumar Reddy’s rebellion. It is said that PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayna will fly to Delhi on Tuesday night to brief the political situation in the state, besides complaining on the ‘open defiance’ of Kiran Reddy on the Congress High Command. Thus, the anti- Kiran meeting was said to be a precursor to Botsa’s trip to Delhi. It is also learnt that the meeting was also keen on the future course of action, if Centre will not relent on its decision to divide the State.
