Botsa Slams Chandrababu For Shielding Vizag Land Scam Culprits

Visakhapatnam: Senior YSRCP leader and former minister Botsa Satyanarayana on Tuesday slammed the AP Government for trying to water down the Vizag land scam. He said the constitution of a SIT team was a mere eyewash.

Speaking to media persons, Botsa demanded that a CBI probe be launched. Stating that the AP government is looting the state, the YSRCP leader announced that the YSRCP along with the other opposition parties would stage a 'maha dharna' against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for trying to weaken the probe into the land scam.

On the allegations of Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani about buses de-registered in other states being plied in AP without any fear, he said the transport officials are afraid of seizing the buses as they feel that the Government is favouring the transport mafia.
