Bomb hoax at Sivarampalli petrol bunk

A hoax bomb call created panic at Sivarampalli near Rajendranagar on Tuesday morning.

An anonymous caller rang the Rajendranagar police control room to say that a bomb had been planted at a petrol bank.

It is learnt that the caller abruptly hung up without divulging much details. Following the call, the anti-sabotage drill began and the place was evacuated.

Later, the call turned out to be a hoax. The police is trying to trace the caller.
