Arjun Reddy Actress Shalini Pandey To Act Alongside Ranveer Singh  

The makers of Jayeshbhai Jordar revealed Ranveer's first look in the film a few days ago and now they have announced the female lead opposite Ranveer.

Tollywood actor Shalini Pandey who was last seen in Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy will be making her first Bollywood debut opposite Superstar Ranveer Singh in Jayeshbhai Jordar.

Written and directed by Divyang thakkar, Jayeshbhai Jordaar will be produced by Maneesh Sharma under Yash Raj Films. Ranveer will be seen playing the role of Gujarati man in the comedy-drama.

Producer Maneesh said that the script and vision of the film demanded a fresh face for the role. The twitter of Yash Raj Films introduced Shalini as the lead role in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. Take a look at the tweet:

Speaking about choosing Shalini for the lead role in the the movie, producer Maneesh said, "Shalini's audition was so spontaneous and nuanced that we knew immediately that she was the right person for the part."

Shalini is thrilled about sharing screen space with Ranveer Singh: "I'm also very fortunate to be sharing screen space with Ranveer Singh who is one of the biggest superstars of our generation and also one of the most versatile actors. I'm thrilled about being paired opposite him and this inspires me to prepare myself thoroughly to deliver the best," she said.
