BJP chief terms UPA as main accused

BJP national president Rajanath Singh said UPA Governemnt was the main culprit in the Dilshuknagar twin blast.

After visiting the blast site and consoling the victims in the hospital, Rajanath Singh said the Centre was not ready to take terrorism as a challenge.

The BJP chief said Hyderabad turned to be a terror zone and intelligence failure was evident in the incident. The condition of the injured, who were undergoing treatment was heart-rending, he said and expressed his deep condolences to the bereaved families.
