Bhuma Akhila Priya takes oath as Allagadda  MLA - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: YSRCP candidate, Bhuma Akhila Priya, who was elected unanimously in recently concluded Allagadda by-poll took oath as MLA on Thursday.

As per reports, Akhila Priya took oath at 9:30 a.m on Thursday near Assembly Speaker, Kodela Shivaprsad Rao's chamber in Andhra Pradesh state assembly. She was accompanied by YSRCP deputy floor leader J.Nehru, senior leader Mysoora Reddy, MLA Srikanth Reddy and others party leaders.

Meanwhile,  Bhuma Akhila Priya, daughter of Shobha Nagi Reddy vowed to take up the tasks left unfinished by untimely death of her mother.

Akhila Priya was elected unopposed from Allagadda Assembly constituency, which fell vacant due to Shobha Nagi Reddy's demise.
Expressing her gratitude towards people of her constituency, she said that she will strive hard to fulfill her mother's dream.
Previously, Akhila Priya along with her father and YSRCP MLA Bhuma Nagi Reddy met YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his Lotus Pond office. She especially thanked YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for giving her an opportunity to serve the people.

While Bhuma Nagi Reddy thanked everyone for making her election unanimous." Though I feel happy for Akila Priya becoming MLA, Shobha's demise still rankles me, " he said. He also said that his family will always be with the people.
