Who comes to your mind when you think of movies Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and Soggade Chinni Nayana? Yes, undoubtedbly the beautiful Lavanya Tripathi. She was on a roll post the two films and also went on to grab plum projects.

Although movies did not turn out as per her expectations Lavanya has no regrets and happy with the way her career is progressing. The actress of Andhala Rakshasi fame, has been working hard in both Telugu and Tamil industries to enter the top league of heroines.

Unfortunately, after her recent films turned out to be Box Office duds, her well wishers apparently asked her to decrease her remuneration. Her last outing Yudhdham Sharanam with Naga Chaitanya failed to take off and we hear that Lavanya is seriously considering taking a pay cut. Grapevine has it that it is one of Lavanya's strategies to grab maximum offers.

We hear that the actress who usually charges more than Rs. 70 lakh as remuneration is now charging just Rs. 50 lakh for a movie. We hear that she's planning to employ the same tactic in Kollywood as well so she won't be robbed of any opportunity.
