Being dumped by girl, software man commits suicide

Vijayawada: A software engineer working in Vijayawada committed suicide after he was dumped by his lover. Tajuddin committed suicide by hanging himself at his house in Chittinagar. The deceased was in love with his colleague and both were in a relationship for sometime. Ramya Yashodara is a resident of Satyanarayanapuram in the city. They also wanted to marry in sometime.

However, Tajuddin's family members allege that the girl dumped him after her parents found her another match recently. "Tajuddin was drawing a salary of Rs 35,000 and her parents fixed a boy who is earning Rs 75,000," the boy's father told media adding that the girl's parents also filed a complaint with the police stating he was harassing her.

Police also warned Tajuddin not to pester the girl for marriage. This led him into depression and took the extreme step. His family staged a protest outside the police station on Sunday morning, demanding an immediate action against the people who are responsible for his death.
