Bangaru Talli? Naaku Telidhu says Botsa

It is known that Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy recently launched 'Banagaru Talli' scheme to prevent female infanticide.

Soon after he launched the scheme, there were several criticisms leveled against him for not discussing the same with his colleagues before being announced.

And now it looks like PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana has no clue what the scheme is all about. When reporters questioned the PCC chief about the scheme after the May Day celebrations, he said he would respond on it after getting a clear picture about it. That was indicator enough that he too was kept in dark about the scheme. And he's not the only person pleading ignorance about the scheme.

Earlier in the day, DL Ravindra Reddy openly told the press that he wasn't consulted before the schemes were implemented.
