Balayya meets Chandrababu, clears rumours on differences

Nandamuri Balakrishna on Monday set aside the rumours on rumblings in TDP party and subsided the mumblings and grumblings about the ‘strained’ relations between him and party chief, his brother-in-law Chandrababu Naidu.

He met Chandrababu in a hospital in Hyderabad, where the latter was kept for treatment after being shifted from New Delhi.

Speculations went galore that actor Balakrishna was angry on Chandrababu over an MLA seat. Thus, he had given a royal ignore to Naidu during his five-day fast in Delhi. Clearing the air, finally, the actor paid Naidu a visit at Asian Institute of Gastroenterology in Hyderabad and inquired about his health.

Doctors at the hospital said that Chandrababu  was stable but a decision on treatment of jaundice would be taken after more tests. They also said that his vital parameters were normal.

Earlier in the day, former minister and Congress MLA P. Shankar Rao called on Chandrababu at the hospital.
