Bala Krishna, 2 others served notice
Hindupur: Lok Adalat court judge ADJ Raamulu on Saturday issued notices to actor and Hindupur MLA Bala Krishna, Hindupur Municipal Chairman R Laxmi and Municipal Commissioner Veerabadra Rao.
The trio reportedly announced a plan in 1993 to lay 80-feet road on the Hindupur’s bypass from one town police station to Penukonda. However, the project has not materialized.
The residents of the area have approached the Lok Adalat court saying that no road has been laid and they were facing a lot of hardship following which the judge issued the notice.
