Bail granted for Akbar in Nizamabad, Nirmal

All is set for release of Chandrayanagutta MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi, who was arrested on January 8 on the charges of hate speech.

Nizamabad court considered the bail petition filed by Akbar on Friday morning, while Adilabad district court too issued bail on three conditions that he should hand over the passport, should not enter Nirmal town and the third one he should not make any provoking comments. The bail would be cancelled if voilated any of the three condition, the court commented.
