Babu's plea comes up for hearing on Dec 3

N Lakshmi Parvathi, widow of TDP founder and former chief minister N T Rama Rao, had filed a petition in the ACB court  in 2005 on the alleged disproportionate assets of TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu.

Later, the TDP chief  challenged Parvathi's petition in the High Court. The hearing on  Babu's petition has been posted to December 3 by the court.
