Azad misleading Telangana people: Kodandaram
Condemning Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad's remarks on the contentious separate state demand, Telangana Joint Action Committee (TJAC) chairman M Kodandaram today demanded the Centre publish a white paper on the initiatives taken by it to resolve the Telangana tangle.
Talking to the representatives of the students at the Telangana Film Chambers in Hyderabad, he spewed fire at the Central Government saying that it was deliberating delaying the formation of the state in the name of achieving a consensus.
Asked about Azad's statement that the formation of separate is not possible in the near future, he replied that Azad had made comments at the behest of some Seemandhra leaders, who are strongly opposed to the division of the State.
By giving contradictory statements every time, Azad is only misleading the Telangana people, he said adding that "We know how to realise our dream of Telangana state,"
