ATM machine loaded with cash stolen

Adoni (Kurnool): Unidentified miscreants have made away with an ATM from Adoni town in Kurnool district on Thursday. It is being reported that the CC camera there was not in working condition and the ATM was loaded with cash worth Rs. 5.27 lakh.

The ATM belonged to Indian Bank and was located on the street abutting the Government Arts and Science College. The bank employees have registered a case with the town police on Thursday.

While the police is investigating the case, the general public, who have so far only heard about incidents of attempted stealing of cash from the machine or from those who use the machine, are expressing shock at this incident where the robbers have carryied away the machine itself.
