Assistant Director Dies Under Mysterious Circumstances

Hyderabad: Vikram Chaitanya, assistant director of noted films such as ‘Nannaku Prematho’ and ‘Nenokkadine’ was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Monday.

Kukatpally inspector K Purushottam said that the victim returned home in an inebriated state on Sunday night and might have accidentally fell off from the balcony of his house

The 32-year-old’s body was found lying in a pool of blood on the ground floor at Rainbow Vistas apartment in Kukatpally. A security personnel discovered the lifeless body at 2 am. The deceased reportedly used to live with his mother and brother.

Kukatpally inspector K Purushottam said that the victim returned home in an inebriated state on Sunday night and might have accidentally fell off from the balcony of his house.

“We didn’t find any suicide note and we suspect that it might be an accidental fall,” said Purushottam.

Vikram celebrated his birthday on August 8 and the news of his sudden demise has sent shock-waves among the film fraternity.
