Arrests won't affect 'T' movement: kodandaram

Telangana political joint action committee chairman, M Kodandaram on Wednesday dared Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy to arrest him and TRS supremo K. Chandrasekhara Rao for their derogatory remarks against Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh.

Talking to reporters in Hyderabad, he said: "Tell me the date when you want to arrest us and we will come to your camp office. You will see the repercussions of arrests later. We are not bothered about police case. We will be undeterred." he further added that there is freedom to question anyone irrespective of their position if the latter fails to keep up their promises.

He warned the chief minister  about intensifying the Telangana movement if he and other leaders were arrested. "The chief minister is trying to stall the Telangana movement by registering false cases against me and other Telangana leaders. But he is mistaken if he thinks that the Telangana movement would stop with our arrests. It will be further intensified," Kodandaram said.
