Arrest Narayana:YS Jagan
In a shocking incident, unable to sustain the excessive pressure to perform in intermediate courses, two girls, both roommates in Narayana Residential College in Kadapa, ended lives on on Monday evening.
YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy demanded that Minister Narayana, who heads the group of institutions, resign and that he be arrested.
Jagan, who is in Kadapa, demanded a re-post-mortem on the bodies in Hyderabad. He also called for a Kadapa town bandh on Wednesday.
YS Jagan pointed out that as many as 11 students ended their lives during the last 15 months in Narayana schools and colleges. Of them, 9 are girls. He said Chandrababu Naidu was in Kadapa on Monday evening, he remained silent and did not even bother to call on the grieving family members of the girls. He said the college management was trying to cook-up stories of the girls being involved in love affairs.
